These terms apply to your use of the NexqData website (nexqdata.io) and the Talk to an engineer form. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Use of the NexqData platform, and the agents we build and operate for you, is governed by the agreement between NexqData and your organization. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

When you use the website, please don’t:

• disrupt it, overload it, or try to get around its security;
• try to access areas or systems you aren’t authorized to use;
• use it to send anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don’t have the right to share.

When you contact us or attach files, you confirm that you’re allowed to share them with us. We use what you send to respond to your request, as described in our Privacy policy.

Please don’t send passwords, access credentials, or sensitive personal information through the form.

We assess every source before we agree to collect from it, and we may decline work we don’t consider feasible or appropriate.

You’re responsible for making sure your use of collected data complies with the laws and obligations that apply to you. Anything said on this website about a source, a feasibility assessment, or a timeline is informational; commitments are made in writing, in our agreement with you.

The website’s text, design, graphics, and logos belong to NexqData. You may view and share pages from the website, but please don’t copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Product screens, code samples, API examples, and data shown on the website are illustrative. Names, records, and figures in them are invented, and the exact behavior of the platform is set out in your agreement and its documentation.

The website may link to websites we don’t operate. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website and aren’t liable for losses that come from relying on it. Nothing here limits any responsibility that can’t be limited by law, or anything in your agreement with us.

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
